Operation & Maintenance

As the name implies, It is performed by the operator of the equipment. Its purpose is threefold:

(1) to make the operator aware of the state of readiness of the equipment

(2) to reduce the delays that would occur if a qualified technician had to be called every time a simple adjustment were needed.

(3) to release technicians for more complicated work

What We offer?

Under our service of operational maintenance, we do preventive maintenance of contracted equipment which helps to extend the life of the equipment and maximize performance. It includes many types of minor adjustments, cleaning, and inspections, depending on the machine. While major repairs are typically handled by trained technicians, operational maintenance is performed during the normal course of operations by the equipment operator himself. By training operators to handle these routine tasks, companies can help reduce downtime and cut costs associated with repairs and replacement parts.
